I have thankfully just parted company with these guys after a frustrating 3 years using them as my letting agent. The only good thing I could say is that they were reasonably quick to find a new tenant when an old one left.
However
1. They failed EVERY year to organise/ renew the gas safety certificate
2. When I took my flat it was filthy and had endless amount of rubbish from several different tenants.
3. The windows were also filthy and were all thick with cobwebs
